All shipment charges are subject to weight, the total number of items, and destination. Fees start from £4.99 for the UK, £8. 50 for the first 3 shirts delivered to the US, and £16.95 for the first 3 shirts shipped to Germany.

Shipping times vary from 5 days for the UK and 10 days for international locations. However, individual customs clearance times may affect delivery times, which may be as long as 25 days for certain countries. An order made during bank holidays and sales periods may also be slightly delayed.

This is because refunds can only be made to the original credit card used for purchase, which is only possible for online purchases.

UK customers can return their items free of shipping costs, while international clients will have to pay for the return delivery costs. However, exchanged products will be sent to you free of charge.

You may return any purchase to a Hawes and Curtis store of your choice, as long as it is accompanied by the original invoice. You may also make an exchange at any store. However, refunds can only be made once the returned item is received at the retailer's warehouse.

All returns will be processed within 48 hours and the refund made to your account within 10 working days.
